Water
Swimming.
This
is
the
second
time
that
Singapore
has
hosted a FINA
World
Swimming
Officials
Seminar,
the 9th
in its
series.
The
event
brought
together
200
Swimming
Technical
Officials
from
78 FINA National
Federations,
the
largest
gathering
in the
series'
history.
Singapore
Swimming
Association
thanks
each and
every
participant
for
making
the
seminar
a huge
