Singapore

hosted a FINA

Swimming
Officials
Seminar,
the 7th
in its
series.
The
event
brought
together
over 100
Swimming
Technical
Officials
from
nearly
50 National
Federations,
the
largest
gathering
in the
series'
history.
Singapore
Swimming
Association
