The developmental meets are created
for the purpose of providing age-groupers more opportunities
to race competitively and to hone their swimming
skills. These meets serve as
part of their developmental program in their journey
to achieve their long term goals.
Each developmental meet has its set of criteria
and conditions and SSA will determine the guidelines
for the selection of the team for the respective
meets.
SSA will also take into consideration the following
factors:
: Strategic Attributes – Team (strength,
depth and needs) and financial considerations
: Swimmers’ Attributes – High Performance
status and commitment toward preparation |
