1st Asian Youth Games 2009
Singapore hosts the inaugural Asian Youth Games (AYG) from 29
Jun to 7 Jul. SSA will assist SAYGOC in hosting the
Swimming (SSS) and Diving (TPSC) competitions. Team
Singapore will see 24 swimmers, including Flag Bearer Quah Ting
Wen, aspire to do us proud... GO TEAM SINGAPORE! GO AYG!!!

Singapore Swimming National Squads
SSA will be forming National Squads in
an effort to raise the overall high performance standard. SSA's
High Performance Team will identify deserving athletes to
National, Development and Age-Group Squads. The 2009 Squads will
be chosen from performances achieved at SNAG2009 and SNSC2009.

5th Singapore National Swimming
Championships 2009
Singapore's annual national open swimming championships takes place
10-14 June 2008 at the Singapore Sports School Swim Complex.
Heats begin 9am and finals 7pm (Wed-Sat) / 5pm (Sun).
This competition serves as trials for SEA Games 2009.

Singapore Water Polo Flippa Ball Carnival
SSA Water Polo is organising a Flippa Ball Carnival on Sat 13
Jun 2009 9am-1pm at Queenstown Swim Complex. Form a team of
7 players ($50/team) or individual Walk-in ($10) for this
simplified version of WP (shallow pool) for all. Participants
will each receive a certificate
for participation. Join us!
